About
Copperwing Distillery is a craft spirits producer established in 2014 and opened in March 2017 in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Founded by three friends from law, engineering, and medicine backgrounds, the distillery features a cocktail lounge and produces award-winning spirits including vodka, gin, bourbon, and ready-to-drink cocktails that are distributed throughout Minnesota.
