Voliere Spirits was born in the old Hamm’s blacksmith shop, where sparks once lit the air and craft was measured in weight and fire. They are the first all-women-owned whiskey distillery in Minnesota, located on the East Side of Saint Paul, weaving care and community into every bottle.
