About
North Mississippi’s first distillery, located eight minutes south of Oxford on Old Taylor Road, Wonderbird Spirits was founded in Spring 2019 by co-owners Chand Harlow, Rob Forster, and Thomas Alexander. The distillery ferments Mississippi Delta rice using traditional sake making techniques to create a clean base spirit, then distills botanicals individually to capture their purest essences for crafting award-winning gins.

The award-winning flagship gin featuring ten botanicals including pine needles and red clover harvested from the distillery grounds, with a balanced profile of sweet florals, citrus, and spice that won two gold medals at the 2020 San Francisco World Spirits competition.
No. 97 Magnolia Experimental
A 2021 gold-medal-winning experimental gin inspired by Mississippi magnolia blossoms, with fresh magnolia distillate balanced with cinchona bark, juniper, coriander, and black peppercorn for a wonderful martini gin.
Wonderbird Dry Gin
A classic London dry gin that is juniper forward with citrus and savory botanical notes, built upon the same Mississippi Delta rice base spirit as the flagship gin and designed as an everyday cocktail workhorse.
