About
Founded by longtime friends McLaughlin and Orozco in 2014 and launched in 2020, M&O Spirits has brought distilling back to Ashville, Ohio. Operating in a 1,750-square-foot warehouse, they produce 20 barrels annually using Ohio-grown grains and Canadian malted barley aged in Ohio-made charred white-oak barrels. The distillery has earned Craft Distillery of the Year honors in both 2023 and 2025.
