Founded in 2012 by three brothers, Belle of Dayton is an award-winning craft distillery located in Dayton, Ohio’s Oregon District, producing premium small-batch spirits using a 350-gallon copper pot still and locally sourced ingredients. The distillery revives Dayton’s prohibition-era whiskey legacy with Detrick brand bourbons and ryes, while also offering artisanal vodka and gin crafted from 100% corn and mineral-rich water from Dayton’s Miami Valley aquifer. Their spirits are rooted in local history and culture, with a tasting room called The Van Buren Room featuring classic cocktails alongside rare and experimental releases.
