Whiskey Acres Distilling Co. is an estate distillery located in DeKalb, Illinois, where they grow their own grains and handcraft spirits using water naturally filtered by the limestone aquifer beneath their farmland. As a fifth-generation farming family operation, they distill year-round and offer tours to the public, producing award-winning bourbons, ryes, and vodkas with unique grain varieties including heritage corns like Bloody Butcher and Blue Popcorn.
