Star Union Spirits is an artisanal, small-batch distillery established in 2016 in Peru, Illinois, operating out of the historic Westclox factory—the original home of the United Clock Company of Peru and later Western Clock Co. As the first licensed distillery in Peru in well over 100 years, the founders Bob and Jeff were drawn to the building’s history and community ties, reinvigorating the art of specialty craft spirits with inventive Midwestern spirit. The distillery has earned multiple Silver and Bronze medals from the American Craft Spirits Association for its commitment to quality and variety.
