Judson & Moore is a Chicago-based distillery located in a former leather tannery along the Chicago River at 3057 N Rockwell St, Building 5. Born from the boundless curiosity of a third-generation Minnesota-raised silo builder and a third-generation Tennessee-raised distiller and engineer, the distillery represents the bounty of the American Heartland—Midwestern grain, Lake Michigan water, and Minnesota white oak. Their first release was bottled in Spring 2022, culminating a vision to create the finest of American whiskeys through a balance of tradition and innovation, agriculture and craft.
