About
A grain-to-glass distillery since 2011, FEW Spirits produces award-winning craft whiskey and gin in a tucked-away alley in Evanston, Illinois — a Chicago suburb that became the seat of the temperance movement. Founded by Paul Hletko, the distillery draws inspiration from the 1893 Chicago World’s Fair and the pre-prohibition era, producing bourbon and rye with a bold Chicago-style twist while remaining 100% grain-to-glass.

Bottled in Bond Bourbon
Bottled under the strict rules of the Bottled-in-Bond Act at 50% ALC/VOL, distilled in the same season at FEW and aged a minimum of four years in American Oak, offering cherry, smoked vanilla, oak and caramel undertones.

Aged for a minimum of four years at 50% ALC/VOL under the US Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, featuring black cherry, vanilla, marzipan, stone fruit and oak smoke.
