Sun King Spirits is a 15,000-square-foot distillery and tasting room located in Midtown Carmel along the Monon Greenway, which opened in July 2018. The facility produces small-batch, handcrafted spirits in collaboration with West Fork Whiskey Co., offering visitors a combined brewery, distillery, and food hall experience with multiple restaurant partners.
