Engineered Spirits is a small-batch farm distillery located on Second Intention Farm in rural Tennessee, founded by James H. Moore in 2020. The distillery is built around a strict farm-to-bottle philosophy, using ingredients grown directly on the 100-plus-acre family property, including Jimmy Red corn and limestone springwater from their restored historic springhouse. They emphasize sustainability, local sourcing, and traditional methods, with products crafted from scratch on-site using their own grains and water.
