About

Founded in 2009 by former Tennessee state representative Mike Williams, Collier and McKeel is a Nashville-based distillery that honors two colonial-era ancestors who were distillers in the 1800s. The distillery produces small-batch Tennessee whiskey using a mash of 70% corn, 15% rye, and 15% malted barley with limestone-filtered water from Big Richland Creek, and employs the Lincoln County Process with sugar maple charcoal filtration. The brand has earned recognition including a Wine Enthusiast Best of Year rating in 2016.
