Char 4 Bourbon
An elevated bourbon expression aged in heavily charred American white oak barrels, offering pronounced notes of toasted oak, caramelized sugar, and warm spice with a bolder, more intense character at 45% ABV.
Char 5 Bourbon
An accidental creation born from necessity when Char 4 barrels became unavailable, aged in deeply charred barrels that impart richer structure and more pronounced oak character with a limited run that cannot be recreated, at 45% ABV.
Honey Whiskey
A unique barrel-aged bourbon finished with local honey from J&L Ranch in Decatur, Alabama, where the barrel absorbed honey character before being filled once more with whiskey to create subtle honeyed warmth and nuanced depth at 52.5% ABV.
Sour Mash Whiskey
A refined whiskey with the same mash bill as the bourbons but aged in once-used bourbon barrels and finished with a French oak stave, showcasing softer flavors of maple syrup, cinnamon, and cardamom at 45% ABV.
