Located in historic Ybor City, Tampa, Gasparilla Distillery & Cocktail Bar is Florida’s original pirate rum distillery that commenced production in 2018. The distillery features a massive 1000-gallon steel and copper pot and column still, producing spirits in a pirate-themed atmosphere inspired by Captain Jose Gaspar and his marauding crew.
