Established in 2015, Ology Brewing is a craft brewery and distillery born from the passion of Nick Walker, Paul Woodward, and Brian Clark. The company combines scientific experimentation with culinary creativity to produce an innovative lineup of craft beers and handcrafted spirits, with locations throughout the Tallahassee and Tampa, Florida areas.
