Established in 2015, Ology Brewing is a craft brewing and distilling operation with locations in Midtown, Power Mill, Northside, and Tampa, Florida. Founded by Nick Walker, who draws inspiration from his family of scientists and researchers, Ology merges traditional and new techniques to craft beer, liquor, coffee and food.
