Indian River Distillery is a family-owned craft distillery located in Vero Beach, Florida, established in 2021. Inspired by Florida’s outlaw history and the legendary Ashley Gang, the distillery produces spirits from local Florida ingredients including cane-based bases and local water, crafting each bottle with intention on their own still. Visitors can experience their spirits in a rustic tasting room that offers craft cocktails, live music, and a relaxed atmosphere celebrating Florida’s agricultural heritage.
