Gamblers Bay Distillery is a family-owned craft distillery founded in Tampa, Florida in 2019, with recipes tracing back 120 years through Romania, Canada, and finally the Tampa Bay area. Owners Mark and Kerri Paun combine their family’s rich distilling heritage with locally sourced Florida ingredients to produce small-batch spirits.
