Distillery 98 is a sustainably operated micro-distillery in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, founded in 2019 and named for Scenic Highway 30A that connects the community. The distillery crafts award-winning spirits using Florida-grown grain, local aquifer water filtered through coconut carbon and oyster shells, and geothermal cooling from the 50-60°F aquifer, embodying the spirit of the Florida Panhandle through handmade, grain-to-glass production.
