Cotherman Distilling Company is a craft distillery located in downtown Dunedin, Florida, founded in 2017 by husband-and-wife team Bill and Kim Cotherman. Bill brings decades of engineering experience to the craft distillation process, while Kim handles business operations and customer experience. They converted a former industrial space into their distillery and tasting room, creating Floridas first legal distillery in Dunedin and specializing in small-batch, handcrafted spirits including vodkas, gins, rums, and whiskey.
