Burlock and Barrel Distillers is a handcrafted spirit producer located at 417 Magnolia Street in Jacksonville, Florida, inspired by the Prohibition-era legacy of brothers Ben and Bill McCoy who bootlegged whiskey from the Bahamas using Jacksonville as their hub. The distillery operates on a ‘Grain to Glass’ philosophy, crafting all their spirits from start to finish entirely in-house using small-batch methods and American white oak barrels.
