Located in Rock Hill, South Carolina, Sleeping Giant Distillery is York County’s first legal distillery since prohibition, founded by brothers William and Patrick as a family-owned micro-distillery specializing in small-batch rum production using Colombian sourced Panela (dried sugar cane juice). Their craft spirits are handcrafted in small batches using a hybrid pot still, with a variety of unique flavors and tour experiences available to visitors.
