The distillery’s name derives from a love story set on the very land where their original distillery stands, involving a Choctaw woman named Isaqueena and an English trader. They are known for their meticulous, small-batch production of unique spirits including the world’s first 5-Grain Bourbon and a distinctive Double Made Gin that combines maceration and vapor infusion techniques.
