About

Six & Twenty Distillery is a handcrafted spirits producer located at 556 Perry Avenue in West Greenville, South Carolina, founded in 2011 by David Raad. The distillery’s name derives from a love story set on the very land where their original distillery stands, involving a Choctaw woman named Isaqueena and an English trader. They are known for their meticulous, small-batch production of unique spirits including the world’s first 5-Grain Bourbon and a distinctive Double Made Gin that combines maceration and vapor infusion techniques.

Spirits

5-Grain Bourbon

The world’s first 5-Grain Bourbon distilled from corn, soft red winter wheat, barley, black seashore rye, and Carolina Gold rice, featuring flavors of cinnamon, vanilla, and black pepper.

Avena Oat Whiskey

A mellow whiskey distilled from locally grown oats with subtle flavors of oatmeal, brown sugar, and a buttery finish.

Carolina Cream

An Irish Cream liqueur blending 5-Grain Bourbon with all-natural cream, rum, and spices, offering decadent notes of vanilla, cream, and cocoa in a liquid dessert.

Double Made Gin

A New World-Style Gin crafted through maceration and vapor infusion, rich with honeysuckle sweetness, balanced botanicals, and a crisp burst of citrus.

Heirloom Rye Vodka

A unique vodka distilled twelve times from black seashore rye to achieve unparalleled smoothness, with hints of black pepper, cocoa nibs, and vanilla.

Heirloom Rye Whiskey

A straight rye whiskey aged patiently from Seashore Black Rye, offering sweet, nutty aromas with tastes of wafer, caramel, and bread pudding.

Oak and Pearl Rum

A rum crafted from Caribbean-sourced Black Pearl Molasses and aged in freshly emptied 5-Grain Bourbon barrels, combining careful aging with distinctive barrel character.

Old Money Wheat Whiskey

A smooth, low-intensity whiskey made from soft red winter wheat and barley with notes of vanilla, maple, and caramel that lingers on the palate.
