High Wire Distilling is a craft distillery located at 311 Huger Street in downtown Charleston, South Carolina, established in 2013. They specialize in reviving nearly forgotten grains and producing spirits that tell the story of the South Carolina Lowcountry, with all production from milling and mashing to distillation and barrel aging taking place at their downtown Charleston facility.
