Located at three Atlanta locations - The Battery, Buckhead, and West End - they produce innovative spirits using foraged grains, copper pot stills, and unique barrel finishing techniques.

Spirits

Bustletown Vodka

Our award-winning vodka, with a unique production process, distilled on our copper pot stills, and finished in a single cask of American white oak barrels for 6-12 months.

Duality Double Malt

Our award-winning double malt whiskey, with a unique mash bill, distilled on our copper pot stills with the grains in, and finished in a single cask of American white oak barrels for 6-12 months.

Fiddler Burns Night Single Malt

An award-winning single malt whiskey with a unique mash bill, distilled on our copper pot stills with the grains in, and finished in a single cask of American white oak barrels for 6-12 months.

Fiddler Chin Music Bourbon

The flagship bourbon of our ongoing collaboration with the Atlanta Braves, the idea originally took shape when the Braves front office selected their own ASW private barrel. We expanded on that concept to create a series of releases – this is the most widely available. Notes of butterscotch, peach cobbler, rich oak.

Fiddler Heartwood Bourbon

Our renowned foraged high-wheat bourbon – with more than twice the wheat content of the famous allocated wheated bourbons – triple-oaked, including the final few months of aging finished on staves of Georgia white oak staves. Notes of baking spices, caramel, maple, orange peel.

Fiddler Maris Otter Single Malt

An award-winning single malt whiskey with a unique mash bill, distilled on our copper pot stills with the grains in, and finished in a single cask of American white oak barrels for 6-12 months.

Fiddler Optic Promise Single Malt

An award-winning single malt whiskey with a unique mash bill, distilled on our copper pot stills with the grains in, and finished in a single cask of American white oak barrels for 6-12 months.

Fiddler Red X Single Malt

Fiddler Resurgens Rye

Fiddler Soloist Bourbon

The First Straight Bourbon Ever Distilled in The City of Atlanta, Fiddler Soloist is a unique take on America’s native spirit, reducing the corn in favor of flavorful malts and distilled on our copper pot stills with the grains in. Notes of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, cola, peanut brittle, sweet tea.

Fiddler Tire Fire Bourbon

An award-winning straight rye whiskey with a unique mash bill, distilled on our copper pot stills with the grains in, and finished in a single cask of American white oak barrels for 6-12 months.

Fiddler Toasted Bourbon

The same foraged high-wheat bourbon as our Fiddler Heartwood Bourbon, finished in toasted barrels of varying toast levels and for varying amounts of time. The 45% wheat content is unique for bourbons, leading to a sweet, smooth profile, despite its high proof. Notes of fall spices, toasted marshmallow, pecan pie.

Fiddler Wheated Bourbon

An award-winning straight bourbon, with the same mash bill as our Fiddler Heartwood Bourbon, but finished in a single cask of lightly toasted American white oak barrels for 6-12 months.
