Proof and Wood is a Connecticut-based spirits company that buys, sells, ages, and bottles American Whiskey. Their name comes from the two things they control as a blender and finisher of fine spirits: the proof it’s bottled at, and the wood of the barrel they age it in. They also offer their own bottled rum and are building a portfolio of other world spirits including Genever imported from the Netherlands.
