About

John Fitch Distilling Co. is a heritage bourbon distillery operating across Connecticut and Pennsylvania in what they call ‘The Liberty Ridge Region.’ Named after the Revolutionary War figure John Fitch, who supplied spirits and muskets to George Washington’s Continental Army, the distillery produces small-batch, story-driven spirits. Located in South Windsor, CT and Harrisburg, PA, they craft each expression from field to barrel with patient, deliberate methods.

Spirits

28 ID Red Keystone Reserve

A Pennsylvania bourbon released under the 28th Infantry Division Association Heritage Campaign at 90 proof with five years of aging. Proceeds from this sold-out expression support the Association’s heritage work, continuing John Fitch’s legacy of supplying American armies.

Mariner Vodka

Crafted from Connecticut corn and distilled nine-plus times, this clean, grain-forward New England vodka offers bright palate notes and a silky finish. Available at $19.95, it’s designed for both cold and neat enjoyment as well as cocktails like the Bloody Caesar.

Morgan Horse Bourbon

Named for the Morgan, America’s first horse breed, foaled in the same hill country where the distillery operates. This 80 proof bourbon ages two years in oak with a mash bill kept secret between the distillers and the barrel, embodying a patient, unhurried approach to small-batch spirits.
