Niagara Craft Spirits is a New York State Farm Distillery located in the Right-To-Farm community of Cambria, NY, within easy driving distance of seven wineries on the Niagara Wine Trail. This micro-distillery produces small batch, hand-crafted spirits using locally grown ingredients, including whiskeys, gins, and vodka. The distillery features a tasting room offering flights with souvenir glasses, and the spirits are also available at nearby Honeymoon Trail Winery in Lockport, NY.
