Founded by Tyler LaCorata and led by Jesse LaCorata, the distillery crafts each spirit from locally sourced New York grains — including heirloom varieties like ‘bloody butcher’ corn — and ages them in charred oak barrels in the shadow of the Helderberg Escarpment, making it a cornerstone of upstate New York’s craft spirits movement.
