Kings County Distillery is New York City’s premier craft distillery and among the most acclaimed small distilleries in the United States, founded in 2010. Located in the historic 123-year-old Paymaster Building in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, Kings County makes handmade bourbon, peated bourbon, empire rye, and creative whiskeys entirely onsite—mashed, fermented, distilled, and aged in Brooklyn. The distillery has won numerous awards including Distillery of the Year from the American Distilling Institute (2016) and NOLA Spirits Competition (2023), and has been recognized at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and ASCOT Awards for multiple Double Gold and Platinum honors.
