Spirits

Bourbon Whiskey

A single barrel bourbon that is big, oily, and luscious with notes of brown sugar, caramel, burnt orange, and vanilla.

Etheryeal Vodka

A peated vodka using NY peat to smoke the malt and local Danko Rye, with 20% peated malt resulting in a delicate and subtle smokiness.

Flamed Maple

A maple spirit aged in NY white oak cask charred with Scottish peat, featuring notes of campfire smoke, robust oak tannins with lingering toffee, maple sweetness, and a long warming finish.

Ginship

A collaborative redistilled gin created with Black Button Distilling in Rochester, NY, Batch 2 is coriander-forward with hints of peach.

Old Growth

A maple syrup spirit aged in used bourbon casks for at least a year or longer, with notes of sweet toffee, butterscotch, caramelized brown sugar, sweet vanilla and wood spice.

Ryeval Vodka

A rye-based vodka with a soft delicate fruity nose and subtle sweet finish.

Seedling

A maple syrup spirit aged for under 6 months in used bourbon casks, featuring notes of vanilla, caramel, and lingering bourbon.

Silver Leaf

An unaged maple syrup spirit at 100 proof with very fruity and floral esters that contrast well with other spirits in the product line.

Single Malt Whiskey

American Single Malt Whiskey made from 100% malted barley, distilled at no higher than 160 proof and matured in barrels no larger than 700 liters at a single distillery in the same year, bottled at minimum 80 proof.
