Do Good Spirits is a craft distillery located in Roscoe, New York, nestled in the heart of the Catskills. Originally founded as Prohibition Distillery, the name was changed in October 2020 to honor a fallen Navy SEAL friend who inspired the distillery’s mission of doing good. The distillery is committed to using local New York ingredients, handmade production methods, and supports the Third Option Foundation, which aids fallen service members and their families.
A blend of locally-sourced New York bourbon, cream from family farms in the Finger Lakes and Western New York, and grade A dark maple syrup from Madava Farm in the Hudson Valley. At 17% ABV (34 proof), it’s naturally sweetened without sugar or glycerol, featuring notes of graham crackers, toasted pecans, and warm spice.
Resting in used bourbon barrels for over 18 months, this gin extracts warm vanilla and cinnamon notes while maintaining floral characteristics from iris, coriander, lemon verbena, and juniper. Limited production and bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof), it’s perfect on the rocks or in gin and whiskey cocktails.

Inspired by classic London dry gins, this gin uses only five botanicals—juniper, orris root, coriander, lemon verbena, and bitter orange peels—steeped in corn-based neutral spirit before redistillation in pot stills. At 47% ABV (94 proof), it offers balanced floral, earthy, and soft citrus notes.
Distilled from 100% corn and pure Catskill Mountain water, this vodka features precise cuts ensuring only the hearts of ethanol are collected, then slowly filtered using a proprietary charcoal process to achieve a clean, crisp finish. At 40% ABV (80 proof), it’s gluten-free and OU certified kosher.
