Coppersea is a true grain-to-glass farm distillery located in New Paltz, New York, operating a 75-acre organic farm in the Hudson Valley. Founded in 2012, they are one of only a handful of whisky distilleries worldwide that use direct-fired copper stills and floor-malt their own grain, producing heritage-method whiskies with deep terroir expression through open-top fermentation, low-proof barreling, and exclusively heirloom Hudson Valley grains.
