Black Currant Liqueur
A year-round liqueur infused with locally grown black currants.
Cooper’s Daughter Spirits is a woman-owned, family-operated small-batch distillery located on Olde York Farm in the Hudson Valley, New York. The distillery resides in the former carriage house of the historic Jacob Rutsen van Rensselaer House and Mill complex, which operated a distillery and cooperage around 1805. They produce vodka, whiskey, bourbon, and liqueurs using foraged and farmed Hudson Valley ingredients — including apples from their own orchards and black walnuts from their tree groves — and age spirits in barrels they hand-craft on site.
