Clayton Distillery was established in 2012 and opened for business in April 2013. It is a farm-based distillery located in the beautiful Thousand Islands region of Northern New York, the first of its kind in the area. Their philosophy is simple: Homegrown. Handcrafted. Flagship Vodka
Their very first spirit produced back in 2013, made from predominantly corn with small amounts of rye and malted barley, finished 191 proof vodka that is carbon filtered for a clean, smooth end product.
Garlic Flavored Vodka
A savory 80 proof vodka carbon filtered and infused with fresh garlic grown by a family friend, steeped for 2-4 days, perfect for Bloody Marys, dirty martinis, or cooking.
Heatwave Cinnamon Whisky
A 80 proof cinnamon whisky double distilled from bourbon mash to 175 proof, aged 5-6 years in used bourbon barrels, then infused with cinnamon sticks for several days and sweetened with homemade simple syrup.

A 101 proof lemonade shine, consistently a customer favorite, good with iced tea, flavored seltzer or club soda.

A light, refreshing 48 proof spirit made by hand-zesting approximately 2,000 lemons and steeping the zest in 191 proof grain neutral spirit for a minimum of ninety days.

A 45 proof liqueur inspired by fresh strawberries with pancakes and maple syrup, fantastic mixed with maple whisky or drizzled over ice cream.
NY Straight Bourbon Whisky
A customer favorite bourbon made from 83% corn, 11% rye, 6% malted barley, double distilled to just under 160 proof, aged 4-5 years in medium charred new white oak barrels with notes of butterscotch, vanilla, caramel & chocolate.
