Barber’s Farm Distillery is located in the historic Schoharie Valley of the northern Catskill Mountains, representing six generations of sustainable farming heritage dating back to 1857. The distillery handcrafts small-batch spirits from potatoes grown in their mineral-rich soil, using pristine spring water from their own land to produce award-winning Estate Potato Vodka and unique potato-based whiskies.
