Located in Lakewood, NY, Southern Tier Distilling Company is a New York State Farm Distillery committed to ‘farm to glass’ practices, sourcing 90% of ingredients from local farms. Established in October 2015, this small-batch craft distillery produces an extensive portfolio of spirits including vodka, bourbon, rye whiskey, gin, and flavored variations, all distilled and aged on-site.
