Wildfether Distilling is a craft whiskey distillery and cocktail lounge located in the historic Jennings House, a Victorian home built in 1857 in Haddonfield, New Jersey. Founded by Tommy as a tribute to his mother who loved feathers, the distillery specializes in small-batch spirits made from local organic heirloom grains, producing bourbon, rye whiskey, and single malt whiskey in 53-gallon barrels while creating seasonal cocktails from scratch including syrups, liqueurs, and bitters.
