Independent Spirits Distillery is a family-owned and operated craft distillery set on ten acres of farmland in Woolwich Township, New Jersey. Every spirit they produce — from their botanical-infused Aquavit to their Whiskey — is distilled right here in their barn using locally sourced grains, fruits, and botanicals, along with water drawn from their own private well. Rooted in their Danish and Irish American heritage, they craft small-batch spirits that reflect the rich agricultural bounty of South Jersey. With more than a decade in the business, their aged spirits have spent years in the barrel, while favorites like their Espresso Liqueur and Limoncello continue to win new fans.
