Asbury Park Distilling Co is Asbury Park’s first and only distillery since prohibition, located in the heart of Asbury Park’s downtown business district in New Jersey. They produce a variety of artisanal spirits including gin, vodka, bourbon, aquavit, limoncello, and amaretto-style liqueurs, with a tasting room that is open most days, and their mission is to uphold the creative and communal spirit of Asbury Park.

Named Double Gold and Best in Class at San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2021, this American Style Gin features sweet orange peel, cardamom, and lemongrass alongside traditional juniper, coriander, and angelica, distilled from corn-based neutral spirit and bottled at 86 proof.
Made entirely grain-to-glass in New Jersey using corn, rye, and malted barley from Rabbit Hill Farms in Shiloh, NJ, with fermentation, distillation, and maturation all done in Asbury Park, aged minimum 4 years.

Their signature Gin rested in New American Oak for 3-4 months, imparting a light amber color, extra body, and flavors of vanilla and baking spice that complement the cardamom, orange and angelica.
A sourced 2-year-old Bourbon (60% corn, 36% rye, 4% malted barley) finished in ex-gin barrels before blending down to 88 proof, resulting in a medium-bodied bourbon with lasting spice and sweetness.
Made with Asbury Park Vodka, lemon peel, espresso beans, and sugar using a sous-vide method, where the espresso balances the bright citrus for a unique flavor experience.
Pronounced puh-SAM, this amaretto-style spirit (60 proof) takes nuttiness and adds dimension through cinnamon, clove, anise seed, cherries, and orange peel, versatile for cocktails from mai tais to margaritas.
