Bellemara Distillery is New Jersey’s only single malt whisky distillery, located in Hillsborough, NJ. Founded in 2014, they craft grain-to-glass single malt spirits from 100% malted barley using traditional pot still distillation methods in-house.

Double distilled from 100% malted barley and bottled at 121.6 proof. Full-bodied with caramel-forward character showcasing American single malt qualities. Limited release.
Peated Single Malt Whisky
Crafted by blending peated and unpeated malts to create a nuanced profile. Bottled at approximately 100 proof with peat smoke, honey, oak, and vanilla notes.
Single Malt Spirit
An unaged clear spirit made from 100% malted barley at 40% ABV. Carbon filtered for a smooth yet flavorful profile, ideal for cocktails or sipping.
Triple Pot Distilled Single Malt Whisky
Made from 100% Irish malted barley and triple distilled, aged 2 years in new charred American White Oak barrels. A limited release with mild single malt character similar to Irish whiskeys.
