About
Silk City Distillers is a handcrafted, farm-to-bottle distillery established in 2014 in Clifton, New Jersey. Owned and operated by three NJ natives, they use locally sourced corn, rye, and barley from a Sussex County farm to create their mash, which is prepared, fermented, distilled, and aged on-site in their custom-designed 1,000-liter StillDragon still. Their bourbon whiskey and spirits are barreled, bottled, and labeled in-house, embodying the complete artisanal distillation process.
