Fair Game Beverage Company, known as “The Plant in Pittsboro,” is a small-batch craft distillery located on a 17-acre campus at 192 Lorax Lane in Pittsboro, North Carolina. They hand-craft every spirit on-site, aging barrels on their own rick house walls and sourcing local ingredients—including mountain-harvested apples and peppers grown across the street. In addition to their spirits, they operate a tasting room and a curated retail pantry featuring North Carolina specialty foods.
